This is our second pair, the headsets are used constantly at my house and are a bit flimsy for such hard use. Otherwise they are a lifesave, good sound, comfortable fit and have prevented many a fight (not to mention other-viewer hearing loss!) - my father-in-law, in particular, likes them, they apparently don't just increase sound but also make it more clear for him.

Con: the tone is not adjustable, it's not as clear as it should be.

For years I have been watching TV and simply not hearing the words. Now I hear every sound and enjoy all my programs without turning the volume to a level that is bothersome to the rest of my family. We can now enjoy TV/Movies together or because I work third shift. I can enjoy TV/Movies without the sound on the TV. All the sound comes through my TV Ears and I don't miss a thing. If you have hearing problems like I do or your a night owl and the rest of the family is not you will definitely benefit from TV Ears. I liked them so well that I purchased a set for my father in law who also has hearing problems. I recommend them without reservation. A great product!!
